This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We cannot retrieve dockets, set or move court dates, alter or seal cases, issue certified copies, accept filings, or provide legal advice. Contact the responsible court or clerk directly.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the route that matches the request and court level:
- Docket or public case index: run a case search in WCCA for a Wisconsin circuit matter, then contact the clerk when the actual file is needed
- Court date: check the court calendar and the latest notice, then confirm a current setting with the assigned branch or clerk
- Certified record: request it from the Fond du Lac County Clerk of Courts, which authenticates county circuit records
- Filed pleading or order: identify the case number and exact document before asking the clerk for an available public copy
- Municipal citation: contact Lakeside Municipal Court or the municipal court printed on the citation rather than assuming it is a circuit case
The primary circuit records counter is the Fond du Lac County Clerk of Courts, led by Clerk of Circuit Courts Michelle Weber. The office is on the second floor of the City/County Government Center, 160 S. Macy Street, Fond du Lac, WI 54935. Public hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except holidays. Call (920) 929-3038 or fax (920) 929-3933. The public entrance is the North entrance facing Second Street, where visitors pass through security.
