Why We Built This Site
Wisconsin provides public access to many docket entries and court records, yet the correct route depends on the record. WCCA displays selected public circuit case information. Michelle Weber, the Fond du Lac County Clerk of Circuit Courts, maintains county circuit records and supplies available copies. Lakeside Municipal Court handles many local ordinance and noncriminal traffic matters, while WSCCA carries state appellate dockets. Bringing these roles together makes it easier to distinguish an online index from an official file and a municipal citation from a circuit case.
What You Will Find Here
The content is organized around practical court access in Fond du Lac County:
- Docket guidance: ways to search and read criminal dockets and civil dockets
- Hearing information: steps for checking the court calendar and confirming a current setting
- Case lookup help: use of the official case search by name, number, and county
- Record access: routes for requesting court records, ordinary copies, and certified copies
What We Cannot Do
This resource has no access to a court's internal system and cannot act for the Wisconsin Circuit Court, Fond du Lac County, its clerk, or any municipal court.
- We cannot retrieve an official docket or case file for a visitor
- We cannot set, move, cancel, or confirm a court hearing
- We cannot seal, remove, correct, or change a court record
- We cannot issue an official or certified document
- We cannot give legal advice about a case or deadline
- We cannot promise that a listed fee, office detail, or docket entry remains current
An official or certified copy must come from the court or clerk that keeps the original record. Verify current case information with that office.
Search Partners
Some content pages contain search tools supplied by outside companies. Those providers control their results, prices, terms, and privacy practices. A referral may produce compensation that supports operation of this resource. We do not control a partner's database or guarantee its results. Court dates, case status, and official records should always be checked with WCCA, the Fond du Lac County clerk, or the court that holds the matter.
